Always fund health orginisations in Africa and other thrid-world contries and also stop poverty and homelessness by buying houses and then giving them to those that need it and many other things that are to hard to list.....

Well I would probably buy myself a computer that doesn't annoy me and then fund an organization to help people in broken homes and such to try to keep families together. See you aren't the only unselfish one (and I'd probably actually do it) oh and I would buy out health care and just allow people to get treated instead of making people broke through insurance.

see if i was ruling the world we would have propper govermenmts that provided free health care, like in australia.
Oh and if i had unlimited money i would invest all into research so humanity could be a space going race.

I personally would like the government that we had if they changed two things. Better budgeting and basic health care and such for all people without middle men (i.e. insurance companies)
