Um.... stop povery, homelessness and help fund fees for people to do their university courses so that the jobs that we do need to fill like doctors and stuff and build hospitals and bigger better hospitals and stuff in Africa and where they are needed and help fund animal welfare originisation and stuff.
I would help change the goverment as well, make it less about being 'proper' and more about actually doing the right thing and actually doing it instead of just talking about it which is what they always do....
(like I was abosulty disgusted when me and Arya were on a field trip and the senate argued for hours about the idea of having seperate public holidays in rural areas for horse racing days or if they should al be the same day. This was in the center of five major problems, and the most pressing issue the goverment has is about horse racing!)
I don't know why you would want to rule the world anyway, you'd just end up inveitably destroying it through rebellions and stuff anyway. Besides, it's not like you would have infenate control anyway...... and I wouldn't want a whole lot of expensive stuff anyway. After all, I would be quite happy with just a small apartment, a computer and i'm good.
